MSRedux Decision Driver Example:
A Microtiter Ion Monitor for the IonSense DART source
The Microtiter Ion Monitor (MIM) interprets DART-sampled microtiter plate injection chromatograms in terms of the microtiter well of origin. MIM extends data handling to reach the DART frontiers, which lie well beyond the reach of vendor-supplied software.
- Opens a raw LC/MS chromatogram aquired by injecting aliquots from a 96 well plate
- Detects the 96 injections in the TIC
- Coadds scans in each of the 96 injections
- Selects up to 3 ions for display
- Plots the concentrations of each ion as a function of well number
- Writes the ion concentrations and well numbers to a comma-separated value file
- Exports the plot to pdf
The DART source couples to most major mass spectrometers. BioAnalyte supports all of the vendor file formats relevant in the DART application world. As the DART advances its performance specifications in speed, sensitivity and throughput, BioAnalyte will develop custom applications to guarantee that these improvements will be available to the DART users.
